"Green Cover" is the safety cover equipped with fastener mechanism manufactured and sold by us under our own patents, for the purposes to contribute to protect Earth from air pollution, water pollution, soil contamination, etc. as one of global environmental problems. Green Cover is of weatherability & chemical-resistance type and is able to be easily mounted on the piping both previously installed and newly to be installed.
Green Cover is the protection cover for piping & pipe fittings use. as epoch-making substitute to the previous double piping to prevent the leakage & splashing of internal fluid, particularly such as strong acid or alkaline chemicals, solvents, etc. owing to malfunction or damage of the connections & its accessories of piping. Green Cover is composed of high weatherability & chemical-resistance type special film & its same material fastener, and is easy to mount and detach due to its flexibility & even in a limited installation space without any special skills or tools.
Where & for What Purposes Green Cover to be Used : ＊ Chemical manufacturing plants, semiconductor device plants, oil manufacturing plants, thermal power plants, nuclear power plants and those related facilities. ＊ For the purposes to prevent the leakage & splashing of fluids (chemicals, gases, oils, pure water, ultrapure water, etc.) from the above-mentioned plant facilities or ordinary plant piping facilities, and to reduce air pollution, water pollution, etc. ＊ Green Cover is widely used as the protection cover particularly for pipes, pipe joints and pipe fittings (flanges, elbows, tee joints, valves, etc.) of existing piping installed already as well as for the same of plant piping facilities to be newly installed. ＊ Green Cover is also used as the cover to prevent rainwater penetration, salt damage, etc. of outdoor pipe fittings and leakage of piping inside aboveground & underground pit, regardless of existing or new installation. ＊ Green Cover is connectable with special drain adapter (cock & drain hose) as optional item.
Major Outstanding Features : ● Green Cover is the construction of high weatherability & chemical-resistance type transparent resin film and its same material fastener welded thereon, and is able to be manufactured to fit most of types & shapes of pipe fittings.
● Green Cover is equipped with fastener, and can be easily mounted on existing piping in any places due to its flexible thin film made cover. ● Green Cover, if used with optional mounting accessories such as packing, etc., can be utilized to prevent rainwater penetration even for outdoor use and also to prevent leakage & splashing even for vertical piping use, without any fear. (For such use, the fastener portion is to be fully sealed with adhesive.) ● Green Cover can last to use for more than 5 years (material deterioration, discoloration, etc.) but except extrinsic factors. Particularly, Type "A" Green Cover is made of fluororesin film and there are many records of its durability for more than 10 years even in outdoor use. ● The working temperature range of Green Cover is : -
Type "A" (fluororesin film made) : －50℃～+150℃
Type "B" (PE、PVC film made) : －40℃～+60℃
The material of Green Cover is flexible soft film, and it is worry-free to damage the equipment, etc. by thermal shrinkage caused by temperature difference.● The pressure-resistance of Green Cover is : -
